Does the alc. in Rick simpson oil need to be boiled off to decarb ?

So, does the alcohol in Rick Simpson oil need to be boiled off to decarboxylate ?
Or is it decarboxlated once dissolved in the alcohol, and can be left as an edible alcohol tincture ( using 95% drinking alcohol ) ?
if not, can it be heated to a low temp to decarboxylate and be kept in alcohol tincture form ?
Or would it need to be heated to the same temp as a canna butter extraction ?

It needs the heating. You can decarboxylate in the oven before you add the alcohol.
