I'm in the SF Bay Area & most dispenaries sell the top shelf nug run concentrates for $40-60 & I know of one dispensary in San Jose that sells Gold Coast extracts, Slick extracts & TerpX for 25 a gram all nugrun!

I usually pay 45-55 per gram where I'm at. $250 for a quarter. It's usually Shatter or Rosin. Some of the local hacks here charge people 75-120 per gram for some real mediocre shit

Southern Oregon Mid Grade BHO. A bit dark but fully purged a tasty tasty. Also have paid $30-45 for "top shelf" but not worth it in IMO
