Easy Hawaiian Fish Feast

How cool man
The sun is finally here,
itching to get out ?, surfing time ?
For us its time to hit the Sun , sand and waves !
and with that Im thinking of grilling some fish with this
" Easy Recipe " with our Aloha flair.

For the Canna-oil used in this recipe, is not necesary to use,
If so and you need to make some use our recipe,

Straight cooking oil may be used, as well you dont have to add " Flowers "
This dish is very Healthy and tasty by itself !

Serve this with grilled asparagus,
and boiled rice to soak up the juices from the salsa.

**GRILLED FISH WITH PINEAPPLE SALSA

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
4 servings

1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits packed in pineapple juice, drained
(or 1-1/2 cups chopped " Fresh Pineapple ")

1/4 cup chopped pimento, drained

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion or scallion

1 small jalapeno pepper, seeds and ribs removed, and finely chopped

1/4 cup *Canna-Oil
