Condensation question...

Let's say I'm melting winterized shatter in a beaker covered with a watch glass at 150 degrees. Am I to assume the condensation on said watch glass is terpenes? And at a higher temp, say 250, can I assume both terpenes and some canabinoids are making up the condensate? Is there any reason that condensate can't be returned to the vessel after cooling? Will anything that is in the condensate be ruined do to the heat that ultimately evaporated it, or will it retain it's properties?

Cannabinoids decarboxylate at lower temperatures than they evaporate at, so they'd decarb before evaporating.
