Here's a Lil update, nothing major.

The sour Kush and sour diesel has gotten roots poking out the bottom but no roots yet on super lemon yet. Just ordered a Xxxl hood for my 1k and also picked Up a 12 bulb t5 system for veg as I dedcided t
o go scrog
Here's some shots of the Babies. The sour Kush is growing faster then the Slh it seems

Woo, got me a Nice rooting system on my Slh and the sour Kush and sour diesel is just coming along VERY Nice with no issues. Got ppms around 200 in.the buckets with 5.5 ph under my 250w mh still.

Can't wait to start the scrog, my 12 tube t5 system for veg

Also what b height do I top these at for my scrog? My screen sits a round 8 inches above the medium. Thanks

Guess that depends on your overall headroom. My SLH had nearly a 3x stretch. Generally 1st topping is after the 4th leaf set.

my grow room height is a hair under 6ft tall. i have a XXXL 8' reflector hood to get light close to the plant without burning

what height should i top at with that sorta room? 4th node?

They all Get put into their own individual five gal bucket with air stones and top feed system from a 600 gallon per hour pump feeding them
From the top. I used to use just DWC but the second I bought that water pump last grow the root EXPLODED out of the net pot. Def an awesome purchase

It's from green house.best strain they have and best weed I've smoked ever
It's a Lil fragile in seedling form then others, but not impossible

I just let em go another 3-4 nodes. You know, just give enough time to bounce back.

But that's really the easy part. Knowing how much to lollipop is harder because she stretches so much.

If I had it to do over again (someday I will), Id top and lollipop her brutally - show her whos boss.

Theyre looking happy and healthy HNK. Im sure youll get her figured out. You've got multiples so you can play around with the pruning and see what works for you.

yes, that ONE wall has no mylar on it sadly, but the rest of the room is actually just a HUGE pieace of mylar that got staple gunned to the ceiling of m basement. ill be getting another one to cover that wall and finally have 100% reflection in the room.

also, build majority of everything you see in my grow minus lights lol. That 5 plant DWC in the pics? 8-10$ cat litter bucket made holes on top with a 3 inch hole saw and BOOM DWC bucket with cats on the side lol.

My DWC top feed system is entire made of 4.50 home depot buckets that are lined with black contractor bags (last grow i left them bare actually. no issues) and a wide array of buying things on EBAY and pet stores. I can safely say even with the brass 3/8 fittings, air stones, air pumps, water pumps, and everything included, ive spent less then 900$ over the course of two years My intial investment was just the mylar tent, 1000w bulbs and ballast and 4 exhaust fan and piping for right around 250 and that held me over fine for 2 years.

Growing in hydro DOESNT HAVE to be expensive at all if you can finagle a hardware and pet store parts for no more then a big res, air pump and air stone.

I havent bought ANYTHING premade at all. every thing you see, i built on a budget lol.

Out of the small room, into scrog room

Well, they sure do grow fast for only 200ppm in the water (teaspoon of bonide root and grow and another teaspoon of Dyna grow. Works great). Gotta love DWC. Def not.going back to soil again.

As you can see I have Them under 324w of t5. Four 6500K bulbs and four 3000 K bulbs at 54w an tube. The sour diesel is almost at its forth node and ready for its first top. The two of the sour Kush aren't too far behind but one sour Kush isgrowing noticeably slower so either its ab runt or a sativa heavy diesel pheno I heard and hope to get.

The SLH.is starting to take off and build steady rooting systems and growth. Def exciting.

Last but not least, you can see what's to come as far as my system for the plants with their individual five gal buckets. Those brass fittings will connect I to a rez via RDWC and individual top feeds system from that pump providing the circulation. I use a marineland pump 600 and its amazing never used it for thus many top feeds so its a first.

Had a spill with the Sour Kush/Sour D rez and some roots got sheered off. plants them selves are fine but yeah, roots took a lil bit of a hit. ALl good, theyll grow back

Just also setup the plumbing for all the water. tom i fill it up and play "find that leak" possibly and setup all the air pumps/stones.

my pet store is really curious about all the fish equipment i buy, but not a damn lick of food for fish or any help otherwise i bet lol.
