well. some of you may have seen my thread in the outdoor forum.
"a little after season outdoor"
well i decided to just goahead and flower inside as my spot outdoors is'nt a option anymore..

but its ok!
i plan on having some nice baby's in the closet...

going to be cfl this go around as my closet is way to small to handle my 600 watters.
anywaysss here are some pics!

the 3 in a straight line = kush
the 3 in a triangle = g-13
and the 2 in the middle = dankkk bag seed.
and dont worry the burn on the one g-13 is from me being careless with the lights while watering and i accidently burnt it .. its doing fine now tho.

well thats it for now..
ill post again once i have some 3 finger leaves....

i've grown both the g-13 and the kush i have growin now.
and there both just amazing smoke that i think everyone will be pleased with by the end of this process.

no rust here luda.
i burnt that one with my light....
i was a bit high when watering and left it hovering over the plant for to longg...
all is well now tho!

it also seems my g-13 are growing faster then the other 5. and there all looking uniform.. pretty pleased .. i'll have some new photos here soon!

hey everone :joint:

noticed my plants had some nice growth so i figured i would post up some picss..
also i have a suprize seedling that poped.
i planted it the same time as the others. but it never poped. i thought hey 8 outa 9 isnt bad. then today i woke up to this!

pretty excited. not sure on the strain. but i kno it came from some bad seed that was off the chain..

^ one of the kush. sorry but my camera isn't amazing so thats the best i could do...

not sure what soil, but most my plants can get to the 4-6 node before the cots turn yellow..

ya the soil is real shit.
but im using all i can get my hands on atm. i plan on gettin them into some FFOF here soon.

well everyone. had a busy day today... ran to the hydroponic store and got some fox farms ocean forrest! :joint:

thank god.. i needed that stuff soo bad but just couldnt get my hands on it from the start... plus i got a new way to use my cfl setup... but i think the pics will do the best talking..

^it might look like a hps light. but im only using my 600 watt hood.. sinse my closet is WAY to small to run the 600 bulb and ballast.

^thats how i got my lights setup.. im pretty excited about it, and plan on addin as many cfl as my hood can handle :yeahthats

^and of course a shot of the lot... there now in 1gallon bags of FFOF soil. and should be taking off here soon...

note that i keep the light closer then in the photo's. just wanted you guys to get a good pic of it all..

well thats it for now.
ill be back once things get a bit bigger here...

Nice light setup. How did you do it? I am a complete noob on electricity and stuff like that and haven't come with a solution for the light in my little grow box.

hey panik. thanks for stoppin in....
welll first of all. the hood im using is from a 600 watt hps light.. which i can't use because my closet is wayyy to small for that amount of heat..
and if you look at the pic where it shows my glass and lights... i basically bought a bunch of light connectors from walmart. hooked um all, and set up right ontop of my glass... so far it seeems to be working very nicely.

if i didnt answer your question right let me kno.. im a bit blazed but dont mind going into further detail for ya...

hm never heard of it.. how much is it from your local hydro store??
sounds interesting. i do have enough food to get these babies through there life however.. and im a bit low on cash so i might have to hold out on it.

you kno i dont kno. i think maybe thats the max amount of bulbs i can run through my connecttors.. i need to get another cord . and some more connectors and it should be problem solved.

I doubt that is the problem, but try unscrewing another bulb and see if it comes on, your not going to have an issue where the cord won't be able to handle the electricity, If you do have a drawl that is too great for the wire it's self you'll end up burning the cord up first or tripping the breaker (and usually general appliance wire is rated some where between 600watts - 800watts and your simply not there).

That bio-starter stuff is pretty cheap (10 bucks at lowes) <== location, but if your in CA you can't get it, they have an alternative under a different name

Take the glass out of the light hood. It is bad enough for a HID light let alone the lower lumen output of CFLs. It's unnecessary anyway, right? Based on the amount of heat that CFLs make, I can't imagine it being that bad.
Otherwise lookin good! Enjoy your system!

the reason there in on the glass. is for ease of lifting lights up and down. and i realize im gonna loose a few lumens doing it this way. but if i can lift my cfl with just 2 chains and not worry about messin with the bulbs then so be it.. i mean there already growing faster and better then ever.
im not doing it cause of heat being a issue...

and ST8. im a idiot. on one of the connectors theres a switch. i thought it was like a key chain or some shit. :joint:

but i pulled it and boom. i got all of the lights on.
and ya i should beable to put in wayyyy more cfl.. my circuit isn't a issue.
