Feeding half strength of fox farm nutrients lineup but some leafs are Turing yellow on 1 of the bigger plants looks like rust in middle of leaf should I feed moor or?

Check pH first. What media?

It looks like mag deficiency and a tiny burn. So your pH is likely off causing mag lockout.

Calibrate your meter if you have one.

leaves are supposed to discolor during the second half of flower... my plants are a week from harvest and 90% yellow leaf.

With the exception of tigerbloom, you really have to try hard to nute burn on FF nutrient line.
