You could try my new diet, reduce caloric intake by 2000 a day by not drinking beer and watch the pounds fall off lol.
I also fast for 24 hours on Monday and Thursday just for the hell of it.

I dont drink anything but water most of the time. Some times I will drink lemon water but that is pretty much it.

K+ Hammer. checked all cities/dates but no MN gig on the schedule, I/we were lucky enough over the years though, we have a local rock fest The Moondance Jam that's booked Skynyrd about 4 or 5 times over the past 25 years, the last time being 2010 when I took my motorhome & 'camped' for the 4 day show, Skynyrd always put on a good show.......

:tumbleweed:back from riding...got in about 40 miles today...got a little windy...which means 20-25mph gust which probably only counts for breezy around here...if it's not picking up dorothy's house it's only breezy...:)
time for breakfast and a nap...

:tumbleweed:was new tire day...think i gave them a pretty good test....rode some gravel, two track, singletrack, and road including an ascent of one of the big three hills in town because who doesn't love a sweaty 700 foot hill climb in the summer?

plus it was still a tailwind at that point...

anyway...38 point something miles, about 2400 feet of climbing total...pretty impressed with the tires, performed more or less like i expected this tread pattern would...nice and fast on pavement, plenty of traction on gravel/dirt roads, even did ok in the deep sand and gravel so common around here that no tire does super well in...

So the Scooby x Amber#2 was also a bust. Just tossed it in the trash. 1 of the risks making reg seeds. I was on the fence about flowering my MAC male. What the hell I just cant get myself to toss it so I will make some pollen for a few crosses. The MAC female looks really nice. Wish it was 3 months ago so I could see this grown in perfect temps.
