Weeping leaf juice

I have a problem that I can't find an answer to. I have some "Sour Diesel" that is developing dry spots on the leaves and there is juice weeping at the damaged spot. Feeding with GH and they are about 3 weeks into flowering. Other plants in room are not affected. Never seen this before in my 25 years of growing. Here are some pics.

almost looks like something was spilled on it, no idea. possibly genetic if no other plants are affected?

Spillage was my first thought and have ruled it out. I deliberately put some pH down on a couple leaves and that's not the problem. Nothing else was in the area. Doesn't seem to be spreading at this point. I do have a very small Thrips problem but never seen damage like this from them.
