"Mention" function and "Quote" function.

Looking around the site, I find no references to the site having incorporated these functions/ features and how to use them.

I think it would be helpful to install(?) a "mention" (@) feature/ function that sends a notification to the member who has been mentioned (@).

A "quote" feature/ function that notifies members when they have been quoted would also be most helpful. IME

Notifications could all be sent to the "My IC" area.

Those features will come with the update of the forum. It will take a while but they are preparing it.
