Two Cousins Farm 2017

Hi all,

I will be posting updates on our farm here. Every plant picture is an exclusive
cross I'm working out. But one I cant take credit for neverland4. I call this the vineyard.

Strains growing are.

S5 = skunk1 x (purple diesel x Cherry sherbert) #5 f1
B3 = blueberry cookies x (purple diesel x Cherry sherbert) #3 f1
GA9 = grape ape x (purple diesel x Cherry sherbert) #9 f1
Neverland4 = candyland x cherrypie

Made lines out of cow manure and humus. Planted clones right into the lines and ground. Feeding straight water. I am using this vineyard as a giant no till operation. Its working great. Not one pesticide sprayed and do not plan on it.
My theory if there's enough good aka bugs and plants. They will keep the bad at bay. Good vs evil essentially. ;)

Enjoy,

Hi
I like this green line!
I follow this project, natural and without pesticide.
Wish you a big harvest and lot of tasty and frosty buds.
Big up

Thanks guys. Ive kinda reduced down my growing style to this over the years. I am on a very minimalist path with her now. A lot of over thinking with this lady. ;)

Two cousins your no-chemicals approach is to be respected for sure. I too never use any chemicals in my grows, and never will.

I was gifted some store-bought Cali buds a while back and I had the worst experience ever, which could only have come from some chemical additive or another.

Took a lot of self control not to phone for paramedics because for a while there I truly thought I would croak. That was one very horrible experience that I had never before encountered in decades of weed smoking, so I knew for a fact that I had ingested some poisonous chemical when I smoked that weed, which ironically tasted "normal".

That experience made me decide never again to consume commercially grown bud from ANY source, and to stick with my own 100% organic weed for the rest of my life.

I'll be checking back to see how your project does.

Thanks Swamp Thang. I know this very well being in CA. But also working first hand for other people that used to have me spray avid. I used to get head aches let's just say that. Glad I've gotten away. Doing my own thing.

But with enough cover crop aka weeds the attack surface is considerably larger. Pest don't care one plant to the next. If you have no growth and only cannabis growing you force the pest on your plants. If there is an abundant amount of plant life they may not need to even touch cannabis. It works well its what I call natures doing her thing. Going from indoors to outside really opened my eyes.

Totally agree, going outside was a real eye opener.

I put my first organic outdoor plant out this year dreading fighting off bugs through the season. I put some ortho granular stuff in the immediate nearby grass when i put it out may 7th as a precaution.

Its been 2 months now and mostly just spiders, bees, and ladybugs seem to be interested in it.
The spot my plant is in has plenty of stuff bugs can hang out on, there is a large farm field in front of it.

Im still having paranoia of spidermites flying in though, but i can just spray them off with water, they hate moisture.

Itsy bitsy spider them off. Also you will notice most pest come in waves during different times of the year. Most of the time they are just moving through. Ride it out and let the good life do their jobs and they move on. Just some stuff I notice.

Nice observation, I've noticed that too. Love the simple setup. That's how I try to keep it also, low budget and super simple. lol Can't wait to see those huge nugs those plants are going to produce for you. Peace & blessings.. :tiphat:

Update.

Battling rabbits, rats, mice, moles, voles and whatever else. Started with foil now we are using 2 litter and water bottle tech to protect the main stock.

I have another wave of plants coming in to fill empty spots soon.

Moving along nicely.

Foil and water bottles slowed down the rodents considerably. Still some casualties but that's expected.
