O.Ds 2017 Organic Run

Has anyone ever used the same bag of compost tea ingredients back to back? Applied tea and refilled with fresh water and molasses? Just curious.

My GDP I'm super excited about. Got 2 of them. What's your guys largest GDP single plant yeild. Drop a pic if you got one!

Cherry Bomb by Bombseeds. Absolutely nothing bad To say about this gem. Super vigorous and full. Grows ideal imo.

Dream Queen aka Green Crack. I'd love to see some pics of this girl finished outdoors. Heard she yields very nice with fatty colas.

Hope everyone's year is going smooth:tiphat::dance013:

You got some bushy bitches going right there. You're going to have some nice yields from each. Those are huge and we're not even near flowering season yet, a month is a long time for cannabis.. lol

I ended up re using the bag of kelp, alfalfa, bat guano and crab meal 2 teas in a row and the plants loved it. Added new compost and ewc and molasses though. I'm taking the meals being waterlogged for 48 hours really brought out the best of them. Smelt very rich. For sure do it from here on out. Hope everyone enjoys there 4th. Don't forget what we are celebrating!

Sounds like a cost saver

So got some litmus paper to check the p.h of my soil. It's sitting a little lower then I'd like. This take us back to gypusm. Should add some. I'm thinking my top dressings is the cause of this now . Too much organic matter I'm guessing

Where's all my sac folks at???

Why not a meter? Ifyou got room for it with low ph, maybe add some calcium silicate?

I found SlownNs thread. And I also got In touch with Space Case via IG. He's been very helpful. So I will get soil test done. Are there any folks in sacramento area that you know of that on here that would be able to share a water test to get a feel on what mine might be like?

Hey caller 28 your on the air... lol

The only thing that I see that sticks out as not so good is the level of bicarbonates in the water, an avg of 162ppm, I didn't see pH in the report but I'll assume your water is over a pH 7.6? Bicarbonates bond with Ca and make it unavailable to your plants.

Only a couple ways to deal with it that I know of, use sulfuric acid to bring the pH down to 6.2 to dissociate bicarbonate ions and releases CO2 from the water or just a good old fashioned top dressing with gypsum.
