legislation to amend the Controlled Substances Act may be filed as soon as this week, according to several news sources. the bi-partisan bill will allow all fifty states to set their own rules on weed, with only a couple of federal caveats -no selling at truck stops etc (transportation concerns) and no usage by minors (under 21) except for legitimate medical use. banking will be allowed instead of treating proceeds as "drug money". strengthening and acknowledging the Tenth amendment to our constitution would be critical to our nations health. the federal govt needs to just go fuck off in a corner somewhere & stop over-reaching in their "creative interpretations" of just exactly what their legitimate powers really are. JMHO
