The Proof and some Budshots of BMR and Lifesaver.

First the budshots and then the proof. :joint:

This morning my first BMR buds were dry enough to have as our morning libation today. The smell was very sweet blueberry and the buds stuck in my grinder. Here are those buds straight from the moon under my telescope today. :alien:




The smoke was soft and blue and the high came on quickly.

The Lifesaver I am about to show you has been the cure for some as it is medical marijuana for sure. This time however my Lifesaver got the cure for spidermites and in these pics you may notice some specks. They are the vermiculite the predator mites came in. It seems to have worked as my plants are not getting more of the spidermites anymore. It took about a month for them to take over my garden but I am almost mite free now. :D







Nice to have some of this curing again...

But now what is this proof of which I spoke? It's my book to be checked that arrived from my printer yesterday. Have a look at the new printed version and please remain patient as there are a few final changes to fix some errors in formatting. But it's close. :woohoo:

Glad to here that the bugs are doing you right... What is BMR any ways?... you see i am a stoner and keep forgeting things...

lol, guess those little bastards have no problems hittin the big boys as well. im finally mite free, little fookers raized hell in my last run.

the BMR shots Ive seen of late are mouth waterin shots. great color and frostyness. BOG i had read sometime back that you had tweaked the line some from the first production run. if ya have the time could you elaborate on the BMR line of today

BlueMoonRocks are Blue Moon which was Vic's Blueberry crossed to
Micanopy Moonbeam and again this work was done by SubCool. I used the
Blue Moon and crossed it to my Bogbubble again and 2 bx have
stabilized the strain considerably. The smell is blueberry to
lavender and quite strong. It is my blueberry type strain that has
great beauty.

Sure I can. BMR is originally Blueberry crossed to Micanopy moonbeam. Subcool created this blue moon which I then crossed to my bogbubble. So it is a bubbleberry of sorts that has a blueberry to lavendar taste and it smokes very smoothly. The first crosses I made had some problems but this has been bx'd since then and the stability has been increased.

It yields very well and has great bag appeal. Those who like blueberry types will love it for the great taste and the high is relaxing and pretty nice. It comes on gradually after the initial high that hits right away. Very bluish in tinge to the point that the leaves even appear bluish. BOG

Oddly enough,CBF,I have Micanopy Moonbeam (a/k/a Gainesville Green)
seeds.
They were given to me by the long-ago-busted and offline now JayEast.
It's a semi-tropical,sativa-dom IBL that ran in Florida for years,though good luck finding the Real Deal nowadays....

I'm planning a new facility in 2006,and Micanopy Moonbeam is one of the Pending Projects that's in-line to go....
I wondered if anybody even knew what it was....

As an IBL it's a Perfect parent for some smokin' true f1 hybrids....

hey Rez, thanks for fillin in the holes, had been searchin for some info on the moonbeam.

once i get a jones for a line, i like to hunt up as much info as possible, great to hear that theres some long lost genes in BOGs work. just makes the offerin so much more desireable.

kudos to you as well bringin out some old time offerins

Thanks for that REZ and I'm glad to hear that the MM from those guys in Florida will be continued as a fine line. I had growers who remembered the Micanopy strain fondly and your project sounds worthy to me.

The book has been frustrating and difficult for me but I see light at the end of the tunnel now. :D BOG

BTW, the SSH looks delicious!

Hey bog, lovely pics of your BMR i have enjoyed what i haave smoked from your BMR i grew. Just took all my BMR clones yesterday to styart multipling her again. I had mites earlier this summer as well and those predators destroyers did the job for me the best and i tried a few things. I also read your book as i have a copy of the original. Lots of great info in there and it would be a great book for anyone who wants to learn how to grow. Will your new book be much different. Cant wait on your new project rez and good luck with your move, and i cant wait to move either for the new place i will be in is awsome for growing. PeAcE

The new version is pretty much the same but most of the pictures will be in black and white with a color budshot section in the back. I did make sure the quality and resolution didnt suffer and eventually perhaps the whole book can be in color again.

To make the book lower in cost some sacrifice had to be made because I didn't want to have to charge people too much for it. I think it will provide all the same information and it looks very nice. BOG

BOG those buds look so good ,, AND THAT IS ONE HELL OF A PRETTY PLANT ,, DID THAT COLOR COME FROM COOLER TEMPS, OR IS IT IN THE GENES ? ,, AWSOME

The plant was never exposed to cool temperatures in flowering but it was in veg as it regrew outside in my soil dump. I fed it properly except when clearing the last 3 weeks and the colors came out that way under a 600 hps so I think it's all the genes. They all turn color at the end normally if cleared well. BOG

They are very blue...

Hey BOG, great pics mate.....the BMR I have on the Go must be a throwback to the more sativa end its wanting to go 70-days plus, i think im gonna start the rest of the pack soon and let this one die as it also likes to mold in the end, lol.....Im watching for that plant you just posted, Gotta get one like that, keeping the fingers crossed andtouching wood.
Heres a couple of pics of here mate.....









that was the 1st time I flowered it, she got very yellow as not fed enough n at start of bloom period to see her through....At least i think so, Im still crap at defs....
anyway, the smell is wierd, she is pepper, really pepper, then when you bust it up or squeeze it yo get some bubblegum...definately no berries in this one, but I can hope for the next lot. I love the bud-braidy thing it does like the NYC diesel..... I just flowered 2 clo0nes at about 5 inches and theyre looking wonderful, nice 18 inches of bud from top to bottom....if it wasnt for the mold that this plant seems to invite i would be SoGGing her for sure.
gotta get one likethat u posted though mate, looks yummy.
Book looks good too man, is gypsy going to be the only one selling it or will it be in the growshops???
