Dull, light leaves, 30 days in flower

Here is my setup

1000 watt hps- flower room
400 way mh veg room and 4' led for cuttings and seedlings

Hempybucket setup with a mother in a 5 gal airpot
70/30 coco and perlite

Canna coco ab 10ml each per gallon.
Superthrive 1.25 ml per g
Humic acid 7.5 ml. Per g
Citric acid for Ph
Epsom salt 1/2 tsp per g

100 ppm tap water, or 30 ppm pond water

Roots are pretty, and fuzzy.

Base nutes 600-700 PPM, THEN end up close to 1000 ppm.
Feed twice a day.

Leaves are dull light green, my plants in veg are dark.
I do prune leaves so they are young. I also have done yellowing between veins on maybe five leaves.
I had PK 13/14 but out got lost. I do have ammonium phosphate 9-58-8, I'm considering for a boom booster. Pic in a moment

It's tough in prohibition land, I need to get some good genetics. I had a friend try a little piece of another cutting I grew inn the winter and did he had never been so high. I want to finish this one, it will be my first. Guidance is welcome, this will be for my epilepsy do I want it right
