Root rot in top of netpots rdwc

How do you deal with root rot starting at the top of the net pot. The roots close to and in the water are nice white.

Water temps are 60-62.

I just added h2o2 and sm-90.

I gave up on the on it.

Ran back to coco with my tail tucked between my legs!
