About to build a dry sifting setup for sugar trim/popcorn buds. Going with 3 screens.
I'm looking at:
250 micro
110 micron
75 micron
Does this seem like good sizes? Any suggestions.

@matt, yeah that should work.

I have used something similar.
Babbas will work very good too.

The 70u are great for static cleaning.

I found some stainless steel dry sift screens on eBay, for around $13 or so each. 12"x12" or 10"x10". You guys should check them out. And I'm going to build the frames. I'm also going to get a sifting screen vibrator.:dance013:
Thanks for all the advice.

Don't matter where you get the m.

Just get what you can afford.
Get simular size a screens to those mentioned for some kill sift.

I can go from dry branch to full melt in less than 30 seconds.

Dry buds, break up over screen ( 2 screens) ala.DSW.
Done.
I'll clean up everything other than the first sift by static.

and the mesh sizes on the website. That's the same as LPI right? So 61 mesh is the same as 61 lpi?
I'm defiantly going to be ordering from these guys, good prices and wood frame. Thanks for sharing.

Lpi is lines per inch but there is also micron which is different

yea I know LPI is lines per inch, and microns are different measurements. But when screens sizes are stated as SAY "61 mesh" is that the same as LPI? 61 mesh = 61 LPI?

Hope this can help you.... I been using Pocono screens going on a year.... I got aluminum frames.. I only use two screens a 86 and a 196. I puff Full Melt.. using just those two screens.

the Pocono screen numbers listed are what sizes they offer that are as close as a match to the bubble bag numbers.

Bubble Bags.................Pocono Screens

160.....................................86

125....................................125

105....................................158

74......................................196

44......................................305

Been thinking of adding a third screen a 305...
anyways... hope this helps
