Not sure about Oakland but harborside has some really nice Blue Dream cuts I think they dark heart nursery variety. And they put out some clones

As far as harbor side, most of the cuts are legit. Dhn blue dream is good.

I buy grom dark heart and midnight farms both have great genetics in my opinion.
