the last couple years of high school, 74-76 we had a juke box in the cafeteria. Most of the songs were stupid, but they had the Allman Bro's Ramblin Man, and two steely Dan songs, Do It Again, and Reelin in the Years that were on pretty much a continuous loop. There are so many good musicians approaching the final curtain. It's accelerating now.
Can’t Buy a Thrill..wore out that LP twice playing that album in '72. One of the best jazz rock bands that continued to experiment with lyrics and arrangements - loved all their creativity.
RIP, great bassist, guitar maestro.
