Hello Burmese

I make nettle tea and drink it for my health, but never used it on my plants.
Have to share with my plants now too.

Some info I dug up.

Nettle is a storehouse of vitamins, such as A, C, D, E, and K as well as the B vitamin varieties of thiamine (B1) and riboflavin (B2).
The nettle plant is loaded with calcium, chromium, cobalt, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, silicon, sulfur, and zinc.
Its deep, plush green foliage is ultimately evident of its high chlorophyll and β-carotene content.

I only use organics. So maybe I start adding this to my mix.
What is a good amount to make tea?

Thx for info.:)

Hey Zanddar, you are right about those nettles. I grow them and put big hands full in my green smoothie every day, they are great and even more enzymes and vitamins used fresh.
I also throw my herb leaves and lower buds into it, just pick em fresh and green and blend them in the vitamix, they go down easy and keep me full of antioxidants.

Good advice Burmese, nettles kick butt. Another simple solution is coconut water. 1 cup/1gallon of water and Ill drink the rest myself. All sorts of goodies that the plants love. That and a little worm casting slurry is all I add lately. Plus some Silicate.

Hi Zanddar! You're truly rocking-and-rolling in here. Always checking out your threads, and loving everything I see.

Orient Express = Vietnam Black x Yunnan Chinese Indica

I think this is something that would be a great addition to your wonderful garden.

Peace. :tiphat:
