The summary is that they're all set up to produce 900,000 liters annually of CBD distillate in the Democratic Republic of the Congo where they've been given a monopoly on the industry by the government and they plan on exporting the CBD to Canada and probably wherever else CBD is legal. They say their production cost is about $100/liter.
