Chinaberry insect repellant?

So Ive got a wild stand of chinaberry on my property thanks to my grandpa. I thought to myself hmm I wonder if theyre useful for anything. So I googled them and read the wiki. Seems they contain chemicals similar to azadactrin and the leaves have been used as an insecticide in the past. Theyre extremely toxic to eat though. Any ideas on this guys? Maybe we can find a way to make a homemade free insecticide.
