Topping question

I was wondering how long you guys/gals give your plants after topping before putting under 12 hours to flower them?

Mine will be in a greenhouse and eventually it will be light dep run..

Until then they are inside under a T-8 fluorescent fixture.

Depends how long you veg for!

They have been in 2 gallon containers for almost 4 weeks under 18 hours, probably close to getting root bound.

3 weeks in 5 inch containers before transplanting into the 2's

You might have to transplant again if you want the benefits of topping. Typically, you would top, then veg until you get new branches to top, then repeat. As far as I know, topping and flipping to flower right away is a bad idea.
