That is clawing for sure. They're really young and have not even begun to feed.
Just give them water for a while until you see the new growth starting to pull just a little yellow, then feed them again. By then they'll be bigger and they'll be harder to over feed.
Somewhere around wk 5 they'll start to really eat and you might get a little potassium def. You can bump it up then. You already know what "too much" looks like, so just raise it until they claw and back it off a little.
