Man,the man-hours,bills,it all adds up FAST,it's hard to see 'even' unless everything's PERFECT with seeds.
If I was a 'commercial' flower producerr,(I'm NOT) then I could defer costs in that fashion.
Fuck that noise.
Oddly,I don't want the stress of a hi-pro indica Show....and to have to sell it? Don't make me f*cking laugh. Not this entity.

In case anybody ever wondered,I breed marijuana specifically for Advanced Growers,the Biggest,Best,Critics in the whole wide world.
I learn from their criticisms,and improve lines with data I get from them,it works out well for all of us.
And when they find,and report,that something I've done,they find to be 'unforgettable',well,that's EXACTLY what I aim for,every single time....and it's more gratifying than any other aspect of breeding except,possibly,smoking my own work.
I'll keep raising the proverbial 'bar' as long as I'm in The Game,and I'm damn sure gonna' keep things Very Interesting for both myself and the kind folks that honor me by growing my lines.

I think the prices gypsy and the breeders are offerin are good.
If theres work beeing put in and care into the strains its well worth it,Damn,your gonna spend money and 3 months growin em,and if ya find a beauty,she should be with ya for a long time to come,priceless IMO.Keep it up guys ,lookin forward to meetin some of yas in dam,maybee ill learn a thing or 2

doesnt matter what price Bog or anyone sticks on there gear, if the weed dont hold up to scrutiny it will flop and you will see "specials". once the word is out it wont command that 70+ range.

I bought seeds in August and part of the reason I got a pack of BOG seeds was because I thought they were really cheap compared to the other 'dream' genetics I wanted to grow out. I got the BOGBubble and am growing some out now and hopefully will get a sweet female out of the four I popped. I think they are still a good deal at 70 and like someone said you can get 'em for less on seedbay. I paid for clones once and it was like $150 but I have gotten two crops from those clones and I am rooting second generation clones now so IMO its just a lot cheaper than the deals I got from the guy I used to buy from before I grew. No contest I'd rather give BOG/Gypsy an extra $15 a pack of sweet beans than some middleman an $800/lb 'handling' fee. All the other sweet genetics are over $100 a pack so i still think they're cheap.

Wow, well said Rez and TK. I simply look at the returns. Killer weed such as the strains that can be obtained here go for 100.00 per quarter ounce and UP. If it's really good it goes for 150.00. I could honestly give a shit how much money Rez, Bog and the other breeders make keeping all of our precious strains going. I'll pay the fair price and be damned glad I did. Keep it up bro's. You can be repayed for the beans by getting rid of about 5 grams of the results - or by not having to pay for 5 grams of someone else's results ;)

the prices for BOG's seeds are a great deal,,,

i can remember some canadian dork chargin hundreds and hundreds and hundreds for his seeds,,, which turned out to be crap,a missmatched batch of 50 billion strains ,not the specific strains it was supposed to be for the 1800.00 paid to that jerk back in the 90's,, never been reimbursed either,,

anyone who complains about a price increase i can pay for with the change on the floor of my car,, is just tooo petty,, think about it,, someone takes years of their time and energy and risk, to perfect a strain ,and make it available to you, you should be saying thankyou,, not ''hey man how come its more xpensive?''

70 dollars to get a strain of wicked marijuana is very very acceptable to me,,

in the mid 90's, 70 dollars used to be the lowest price for 10 of the lamest crapiest seeds in a local seed shop here in Vancouver,, with 450 dollars being the high end price for 10 seeds of strains that are no where near as potent as BOG's virgins today.

the value of something is the price paid for it on that particular day!!!

10 seeds, lets say 1/2 females,,

5 plants,, veg em big,, yield- 4 ounces per plant,,, x 150 an ounce here,, 3 grand!!!

makes that origional 70 dollars you invested seem very very insignificant eh???

then you take your clones and do a 6 light show,, after you crop,, that 70 dollar investment is really lookin like pennies spent!!!

to me,, the deals being discussed here are cheap and awesome,, and great value for anyone who indulges,,,

just my opinion after years of seed purchases,, i dont care bout the price,, only the end result and potency.

the prices are very affordable for such a potent line of genetics eh!!!!

i'm sorry...mean to offend noone..but damn ppl..why bitch?!?...i am a newbee to growing but not smoking...smoked my 1st j 18 yrs. ago..in that amount of times..how many friends,high school grades,college,jobs,WIVES(lol..)..have i/we been through..couldn't even begin to imagine..

through all that time...someone has made sure to preserve strains...that hell...would be gone...to be had by noone...& how many times have we logged on to forums for advice?!?...that these same ppl dedicate even more of their time & effort to teach us newbee's how to grow ourselves...if anything..we should stand & applaud these ppl who make it so we can have this "break" at the end of a tiresome day,or what ever medicinal use their is..i for one would rather my wife smoke a j or hit the vape then pop a xannax or valium...

sorry for the small tirade...but damn...i hate a bitch..if it's too much..don't buy it...but don't try to degrade,or even critisize what these ppl. are doing to try to fill the demand...& no..i am not a sales person for BOG or Gypsy or any1 else for that matter...like i said..i'm new to the entire thing of growing my own...so...like i was told growing up...If You Don't Have Anything Nice to Say...Say NOTHINGat All.....

Breeders are business people; & the bottom line - be it - personal satisfaction of seeing your meds bless people or to make money, must be met or it is a failed venture.

Most of the breeders here; if presented a case with creditability, have gladly given a med patient on a budget free good beans. Some have even shared their product.

If I want to grow a 200.00 pack of seeds or a 15.00 pack of seeds - the free market has provided a place for me to do that.


Bottom line; “Something is worth - what someone will pay”

It all starts with a seed

As I have always said, "judge me by the fruits". Thanks Rez cause it costs a lot to do what we do and traveling is very expensive too. Not all fun and games either.

Thanks for the support of so many. I will run specials at seedbay and perhaps the price of sour bubble can come down to my same price. New medleys can be made so dont fault my deals just yet. How soon they forget but I will remind you if needed.

Did any of you get in on the 2 fer deals I offerred on my stuff at 40 per pack? Sorry but sales are temporary. Doesn't mean I can't have a deal however. :D BOG

The last time I purchased BoggleGum it was 10 beans per pack.If BoggleGum was never 10 beans per pack I got shorted.What Gives?? :confused:

I can clone it into Hundreds of Twins, I can Back with another Plant I have and make my own seeds.
I can Sell the End Product. Is that not worth 100$? Pertty Simple.

Now I'm about as poor as they come on ICmag, I have Not Spent one thin Dime on Seeds. It's ALL been Given to me. In a few I'll not be poor any more and guess who's Got My Business for ever? Gypsy, BOG, Rez, Wally Etc...

I know How many Seeds These Folks GIVE away. I am most thankful for them! 70 or 80 dollars a Pack is Steep for MY POCKET Book yes. But I think the Value is There... So I'll wait untill im not Poor to Buy the 100 Lifesaver Seeds I want, even at Higher Prices. Why do I want 100 Lifesaver Beans? Im Crazy.

Also at least for me... There is an Element of Teaching and Learning too. Many of us New to this Hobby... Need the Help that Members and The Breeders here provide Free! The Server Space needed to run a website of this size is no where near being CMEMORY. I benefit because YOU guys BUY SEEDS! ( Then Send to me :chin: free? ) I'm Joking but only a little, cause I have recived some things I know the Sender Spent MONEY for.

The Time, Money, Seeds, the Server Space, Im thankful for it all Gypsy.
And you haven't wasted any of it on me. Little more time and I'll be ready to PUT back What I've been Given, and then some.

Just my thanks to Gypsy and BOG and the Others not just Breeders here but Members who Helped me when I had Nothing, I've got Something now thanks to YOU! You guys really helped me to Learn to FISH. I'm so much better off, in every respect comming to ICmag.

I have a limited-release OldSchool-meets-Sour Diesel hybrid that'll yield HUGE, make your eyes cross and reintroduce you to old-school 'cottonmouth'.
(Basic Diesel) However,due to some difficulties,FAR fewer than estimated were produced,raising the cost of producing them significantly,and I'm certain that demand will exceed supply,even at a higher retail price.
I don't like it,but that's the way it has to be,in areas of prohibition,to stay afloat.Fact is,those who want to grow them will pay the price,and if they choose,can easily reap rediculous benefits compared to the initial investment.
I know of a (Neville's) Hash Plant Clone that produced an easy million back in the 80s,and there are clones running around B.C. that've probably made more money than the combined GNPs of several third-world nations....
So,to sum it all up....
One righteous seed=One Keeper Mother=Unlimited Clones=PRICELESS.
Initial seed prices aren't something that should be considered after your first successful grow,being able to define specific personal preferences in what you want to smoke,are.

Rez you are one class act, and that's coming from a lady who recognizes style when she sees it...

20 minutes ago I was gifted with 4 Sour Deisel BX2.5 beans and 4 Blue Moon Rocks beans (thanks Canna my friend :smile:), and don't y'all know I am the shiznit this evening :D

I WILL spend my hard earned money WITHOUT bitching for fine genetics such as these....even if the prices go up. I know what's good for me :wink:

I just can't seem to grasp the cocept of people complainig about paying for quality genetics. Even if out of 10 seeds you got one female and say got 3 oz from that it would still be worth the price. Where I live a oz of BOG or REZ quality smoke goes for $5-600. I'll just end my argument there and won't even go into the fact you will get about 5 females from the first pack plus the clones and f2 possibilities. I say BOG,REZ, and all you other breeders keep putting out quality genetics and the people who know what there worth will pay. :friends:

hey Bog, if ya wouldnt mind correctin it, id appreciate it. I archive all kinds of worhtless info on many stains and breeders, have received a few azz chewins in the process. but i also get what im lookin for. just somethin Im interested in, if ya search my posts here and over at OG you will see I dont use what i collect to do any hatin, and where I have offended anyone I have apologized.

I know ya continually have your guard up, and ive read enough to understand that you may have bristled some upon seein the post. sorry if ya felt like I was in anyway puttin down your offerins or your breedin style. wasnt the intent. just info for peeps to read.
