Black specs inside Rockwool Cubes?

Hydrogen peroxide kills mold. I would investigate that route. It will kill the good beasties but you can rebuild those later.

Rockwool is made from solid rock heated in an oven till it "explodes" into the strands they mold into RW blocks/cubes/slabs.

Those are unexpanded rock chips

im getting a bunch of black underneath everyone of my rockwools on my hydro table. what is it?? its my first hydro set up. and its tripping me out.
