can anyone help me identify what this is

so i was checking out my worm bin and found a couple of these guys i was thinking they are some kind of tiny rove beetle but i haven't seen any with stinger and wings. they are just a little smaller then a fungus gnat.

Without a picture it's kind of hard to tell.

But I can tell you that I do see the occasional fruit fly coming out of my worm bin when I take the lid off.

sorry I think you couldn't see them because i had the album set as private but I changed it to public so let me know if you still cant see them
