Question

No, that's current pH crinkling in the regular growth there. FWIW, I only allow 6.0 pH for a short period of time before dropping it back to minimum (5.3-5.4 for Roots in hydro like dwc, rdwc and such) by adding nutes back. The link in my sig describes the process I use.

When you allow a full and natural pH swing, you'll find you don't need as much nutrient and your plants are happier. :)

If you don’t mind me asking how would I sort it out,my ph meter is calibrated properly and it ranges normally 5.7 to 6.0 I let is rise naturally through the plant feeding.

3 rd day since flip, did a little defoliation today as some of the leaves that were on top of each other were wet, humidity is around 60 and I’ve now got the light on 600 watt.

This works perfectly in r/o, or water with less than 14ppm.
Mix nutes, then raise your pH to 5.4.
Let the pH rise as the ppms drop until it hits 5.9-6.0.
Add your nutes back to beginning ppm and your pH will be back at 5.4.
Lather rinse repeat.

oh well don’t think this would work for me as my tap water comes out at 100 ppm thank you for the help much appreciated.

Ahh... then be sure to be prepared when you move. Likely your water supply will be different, which will change how pH behaves in your hydro system. In addition to how cleanly you can grow your cannabis, using r/o means you only have to learn hydro once. :D

So it was Friday yesterday and my reservoir changeout day the ec dropped from 0.8 to 0.7 between changes so topped the res off with water and upped the ec to 0.9 with base nutes, plants drinking noticeably more having to top off twice a week now, been defoliating frequently but the two gelato plants just seem to grow more leaves by the day and I seem to be getting nowhere, the phantom og is a lot easier to work with in regards to lst. I’m just experimenting really this run doing a few different things before I do a 4 plant incredible bulk scrog next run.

Looking very good, Newbie. When I was running my udwc, I had 330 ppm town water. Once you find the sweet spot of pH for your system, it is easier to maintain. It sounds like (and looks like) you have found it.

I grow in coco now.

Update

Changed my reservoir out a day early and introduced bloom nutes with b52 and hydroguard, ec 1.0 plants look ok, plenty of bud sites should do ok off this run, I’ve also been defoliating a little every few days over the past couple of weeks to open the plants up, plus I’ve lollipopped the bottoms for better airflow
