Concrete paint suggestions...

Hey guys so I'm wanting to paint/seal the concrete in my flower rooms. The rooms are 16'x20' and the concrete is a smooth finish. Any suggestions on paint that doesn't off gas or is relatively safe for our application? Thanks!

Kilz.. Dilute the first coat as a primer..if thats to pricey a good flat white latex with the added mildew/mold inhibitor added

I recently bought some Drylok Extreme. Boy oh Boy! This stuff is THICK and is great.
