congrats to all .Question though, im not familar with the likes of Elemental Seeds,Gold Coast Extracts,Tahoe Wellness Cooperative, TCLabs / TerpX / EmoTek.

at a quick google it seems none of them are selling seeds online or at all (not asking for a link or interested in purchasing) but for those in the know is this the case? do you not have to be a proven seed company to enter a cup?

These are all probably new seed companies from here in the USA, where it is now legal in two states, and medically allowed in many others... seeds are freely available in many more places now locally, without having to use the Internet.

congrats to all who entered. as for the winners, well lets hope they won on merit and not by paying the bribe money for 1st place. if you really want to prove the quality of your growing and or breeding, enter the ic 420 cannabis cup. if you win that you know your are a star grower or breeder. if you wanna prove how big and rich your company is enter the HTCC, lol.

well lets bet fair a good kush is something special, same with chemdog. i just don't put much weight in the way they decide which of the kush or chem dog should win, lol.

nice to see Hortilab and Karma Genetics doing good though, grats to all the winners and placers. i know that SP of Horti's is cleaning up cups every year sinve he produced it. it's pretty darn fine weed, there is no doubt. actually same with the flowerbomb kush, when it comes to kush, it rocks in the flavor smell and hit department.

seems like quite a lot of members where there.

Cool! i just noticed that LadySativa seeds placed too, congrats. no surprise there, JH is one hell of a grower and produces really tasty bud.

tclabs/ emotek /terpx are mips in colorado (manufactured infused products) I'm pretty sure all 3 are.
their products are available in certain dispensaries, mostly in denver.

just a guess but tahoe wellness coop probably a coop in cali...maybe tahoe? :dunno:

And the hilarious thing is, probably none of them have a high degree of ancestry from the Hindu kush region or bear much resemblance to plants from there.

hope it was as good as was at 420
weird not seeing barney in the list...

a bit of lack of new varieties althought.
and yet I have to try a proper tangie...

Congrats to all the winners.

Regarding elemental seeds, there is a local dispo called elemental wellness that has been growing "True OG" for the last 3-5 years. The strain won a HT medcup a few years ago, these are one in the same.

The odd thing is that as far as I am aware, that true og is a clone only strain...

I checked out their FB page and sure enough, same people as the dispo. Hell, maybe my city will get a Stanley cup this year too ;-)

Wierd as always the HTCC results, the lack of openness and blind testing will forever bring questions of the results.
