Cooking Frozen Steaks...

When you have, for whatever reason, frozen some steak for future eating, what is the best way to cook this steak when it leaves the freezer? Here is a great video that actually shows how a test was done... cooking thawed or cooking frozen. I learned something new, and the conclusion is well explained.

If Im being lazy and forget to take a steak out or something I throw it in a bowl of luke warm water for like 15 mins and it comes out totally thawed and ready to cook.

did you watch the video HITH? They did a test and discovered that thawing the steak results in a lower quality steak. No need to do the extra time for the thaw, although you do have to cook the steak and extra few minutes.
