UFO 90w Led or 150 MH HPS for veg

If you had a choice of a 90W UFO led or 150 MH to veg your plants which one would you use?

BTW.. the 90w ufo has mostly red leds is this good for vegging?

You need a UFO with more blues and whites. The MH will run much hotter than the UFO as well.
