I wouldnt worry about those leaves..... the nitrogen is all gone translocated to leaves above.....
MOre than likely its nothing but leaves doing what leaves do when they are old....
Youre rigth..... but you should have taken the pic with the leaves on the plant....
There are only a couple things it could be...... The two most likely things are iron def....and nitrogen def..... most likely its iron def....
but without seeing how the leaves got to this point not possible to tell....
If they were manufactured this way its iron...
if they started as green and turned chlorotic its nigrogen def.....
Iron def probably means bad ph........
