Good morning members, all is good with BG. He saw some family memebers he hasn't seen in a very long time and that was a good thing. BG, is staying up beat about this and is hoping it will be over as quick as possible. There are alot of things that needs to be looked at but from what i'm tolded he was running a bunch of odar killing units. I can't go into details, but this will be one of the points brought up at the hearing. What is really messed up is that he was not charged with anything and everyone is worried that they will bring charges around the holidays, but bail money is already in place for that problem. BG, is so happy at the super nice feedback from all the member and has told me to tell everyone thank you from the bottom of his heart. He also told me to tell everyone that he will be back after this is taken care of. So, plan on seeing the goat back in action, once this is over with. He also will be moving to another state, so there won't be a major problem with him growing. He was talking about Hawaii, but i really don't know as of yet. The main concern is getting this done with the courts and talking care of the fines and other orders the court might pass down. Thanks for all the support and BG is very happy about all the very nice post he reads.

this is a travesty of justice if i ever heard of one.
here we have a man who put his life on the line for his country.
suffered great harm to his person from an injury involving a tank.
a true AMERICAN HERO. not just to our cause but to the very cause of freedom itself.
and now, after all he has given to his country he is betrayed by the very govt he fought for.
is this how we treat heroes?
makes me wonder what america truely stands for any more.
this is why we need to get bush out.
we have a unique opportunity to support people like billygoat by electing a man who supports our cause. for those that arent aware, kerry has stated that if elected he would stop federal raids on medical growers and has stated support for a federal medical marijuana program to protect patients from this kind of injustice.
to those bush supporters out there...
think long and hard about your vote. if you grow do you really want to elect a man who has only escalated this war against us?
if national security is your concern i have this to say...
in our lifetimes there will NEVER be another president who doesnt take national security seriously.

i (and i'm sure i'm not the only one) cant thank you enough for keeping us informed about this. it's good to know that bg is surrounded by a supportive family and friends. its so critical in such trying times to have such support. i have faith that he will make it through this and will be all that much stronger for it.
especially knowing there is so much love around him.

Hope everything goes well BG!! We all can pitch in and have a seed sell to raise money for BG!! Had a close friend got busted, but first offense and he got lucky, just fine and court cost and probation! SAFETY is top on the list!

Thanks for keeping us informed GoldDustWomen and happy to hear BG is in good spirits, please tell him we can't wait to see him back on the boards.

Also, please relay to BG for me that although he asked me to keep his seed lots up for him on Seedbay as a donation to SB & IC Mag as well as to use in contests, I am unable to re-list those for him because I cannot sign into his account on SB to place them there. So what we will do is list them (about 10 packs total) with Gypsy as the seller in the Benefit area on Seedbay. In lieu of BG's generosity (and in the middle of this horrible ordeal he's going through), when he gets back on his feet and is ready to grow again, all he needs to do is let me know and we'll have a VERY nice package of choice seeds ready to send his way. The menu is open to him.

He is in our thoughts, hoping all goes well for him and that we all see him back here soon.

I never thought a bunch of people that grew cannabis could be so nice and thoughtful. BG is doing well and is getting ready to take care of all the paper work to get back into school and finish up this January. Let’s just hope they don’t charge him during spring semester so he can get some of his final classes finish. There are a lot of nice members here and BG is very grateful to all of you. DutchGrown, BG told me to let you know to auction or give away any seeds left over. He said something about some contest and he didn’t go into any details, but some prizes were taken by the police. He said to give away or auction off any seeds left over. He felt sorry about the prizes getting taken by the police. He also said he needs to have the address for his magazine subscription for ICMag switched to his new address, but I’ll send a PM to you for this. BG is very busy but his family is helping out a bunch. BG was in a very good mood today when we ate lunch at a nice little café on the beach. He is so worried and everyone is trying to get his mind off this, but it is almost impossible. Everyone is hoping once he does go to court, he will only get a fine and some probation and no jail time. The jail time is really upsetting him, but he knows that he can’t handle anything they throw at him. I was very surprise once I heard the story about what happen from his uncle. You got to understand BG is a very dangerous person and when pushed in a corner. He can be a very bad person and can hurt someone if threaten. Everyone in his family thought he might have taken on some of the police, but since he has been using cannabis. It has helped his mood and personality. I’m glad he didn’t do anything studied and attach any of the officers. There was a lot that has happen, and I’ll try to post some of it. I’m new to this site and don’t use any drugs or cannabis myself, but I can see why BG comes here. There are a lot of very nice and caring people here.

This is a man I admire. Through his own troubles he still thinks of others and worrys about prizes the cops took? You just tell me what is needed as far as prizes and it is done.

Sure wish I had all this love and support behind me when I got popped a few years back. Grit your teeth and grind it out, man, and you'll survive to toke again! When all the dust settles and you're back on your feet, you can bet that first hit will be a SWEET ONE.

For those of you who think this travesty stinks, you're preachin' to the choir. For those of you who think the magic weed will ever be legalized in our lifetime, don't hold your breath (unless your lungs are full of some good smoke). It'll take longer than our lifetime to overcome the fucking GREED all over our country today.

Do you think the American Bar Assn. wants pot legalized? FUCK NO! Their members would lose billions of easy dollars in attorney fees every year, "representing" all of us who were busted.

Do you think big American distilleries and wineries, with lobbyists in D.C. want pot legalized? FUCK NO! Think of the stiff competition they would suddenly be up against for folks wanting a buzz. Same goes for the American Tobacco Assn. You all know about the big-time lobbyists they have, and all senators and congressmen they have in their back pockets. Who would smoke cigarettes if they could be tokin' on a joint?

Do you think the American Medical Assn. wants pot legalized? FUCK NO! Think of the dollars lost in medical treatment of all the legally drinking alcoholics now in this great land of ours. With so many drinkers and cigarette smokers switching to reefer, think of all the dollars lost treating liver and lung disease, and all the other alcohol/cigarette-related ailments.

Finally, do you think all the local police forces in big and small towns across America want pot legalized? FUCK NO!
1. They'd have to spend more time dealing with real crime, which could actually get dangerous.
2. They wouldn't be havin' all that fun bustin' our balls and getting their pictures on the front page of local newspapers.
3. They'd actually have to start PAYING for their own reefer, instead of smokin' for free on the very pot they were holding up for the newspaper pictures! We all KNOW this is happening.

No, there are just too many elements of power out there standing in our way right now. But maybe if we keep fighting the good fight and enough politicians, cops, and their kids get busted (and publicized by brave newspeople); just MAYBE our grandchildren will be allowed to grow MJ and enjoy this wonder of nature someday without having to slink around in the shadows, buy expensive stealth equipment for their grows, and have cops beat down their doors and haul their harmless asses to jail.
