Deformed leaves , wrinkled leaves? Virus, fungul , bacterial, Disease?

Hello what's wrong with these leaves in the pictures sometimes they even curve kinda .. my last grow I had this same issue on some plants they ended up finishing out ok some not really fully finishing like they were suppose to and some finishing out just fine, I just know obviously some things just not right, my ph always goes in around 6.0 or 6.1 with the occasional 5.9 but my run off is 6.2 to 6.4 always when I test it usually right at 6.3.. ppms are right around 600 - 800 they are only a few weeks into veg so far the pictures make them look completely fucked up but the plants actually look pretty decent, green and growing ok, have checked the root on many occasions haven't be able to find any root aphids at all.. please help this has been going on for a few months since my last grow and now my new clones off them plants are doing the same thing ( as I kinda expected since they were off the same trees ) but would really like to figure this out I know there just not as healthy as I usually grow them and there not reaching straight towards the light (praying) like my plants ALWAYS use to so.. thanks in Advanced to any a d all responses thanks guy!

I get leaves like that with a poor balance of heat (too high), humidity (too low) and light (too much bright midday sun).

Leaves curled near the petiole? Possibly Hemp/Russet mites? I haven't had them, just looks like photos I've seen before.
