Seedlings in solo cup and soil- too late for coir?

Hi All
I have some rooted clones in 1" Rockwool cubes put in soil in solo cups. Is it to late to do them in coir? When I pot up can I put the soil into coir ?

Yup, I do it all the time. I’ll gently dunk the rootball a few times in a bucket of water to remove some of the dirt. It may stunt them just a touch, maybe by a day or so.
