Buds on top of buds

These girls are on the cusp of getting the big haircut. Just waiting for the milky clouds to appear.
Then boom the plant looked like it kinda restarted.
Nothing in the environment changed, same food same water same temps same variable Ph..
Kinda like a mini-me cola LOL
