Newly transplanted clones showing rust spots on older leaves.

A few days ago I transplanted some clones into rockwool cubes. And now about 20% of them are showing blotches of rust.

PPM - 480
PH - 5.9 - however, I just caliberated my ph meter and it was off so the actual ph was around 6.3.

I've researched rust spots, not sure I found a universal consensus on what causes it. Some say fungus, which seems unlikely in my case as they have been gives very little water to so far, and the humidity is on the low side.

Nutrient lock-out has also been mentioned. I know my ppm is on the low side, but given how young they are I wouldn't think that low nutes or even lockout would be showing such signs.

My clones like high humidity. Remember a clone does not have root system, so until roots are developed it need the the leaves to do all the work.

Hard to tell in the picture, but you sure that's not powdery mildew?

Common when in high humidity and low airflow.

It could be drying out damage cause the new growth on the first pic also show symptoms of drying out abit. = the lighter green leaves have abit of "yellowing" going on.

Have you been spraying the plants with anything? It kind of almost looks like those dry spots you get when spraying the plants and the water has evaporated off leaving like nutrient salt stains.

i wouldn't worry about those old leaves. the newer growth looks ok so far, give them time.
