Incandescent is way bad it doesn't help with foliage it will grow very leggy plants more stems then leaves go with a cfl 6500 k or some other fluorescent bulb or setup if ya don't wanna mess with high intensity discharges

yeah bro, it is NOT a 150watt CFL, those 'equivalent' numbers are bullshit so i would strongly suggest you start using just the actual wattage which i'm guessing is 26watts or maybe 32watts, either way, using the equivalent number serves only to confuse the issue.

...a few of my old CFL light setups made with nothing but 23 and 26watters.
