Ahab I've always heard people say not to eat rabbit during the summer because of parasites. What are your thoughts on this? Heres an interesting read.

Im a firm believer in not eating rabbit in any month without an R in it. Just like the old belief about oysters.
We have a big freezer here. I fill it up with goodies during the hunting seasons and it lasts us the year.
Usually about 8-10 deer and numerous small tasty critters.
It's deer season right now. I'm just about to suit up and hit the woods for the last couple hours of the day.

Thanks Hermann. It’s really easy to cook..just boil the clams, mix alioli with a little bit Dijon mustard and fresh herbs. Top the clams with it and then a loooot of Parmesan. 15min in the oven et voilá!
