I have a 100 watt MH bulb and considered adding it to my flower room. Right now I have 2 600 watts HPS. I was going to place it between the 2 600's or maybe use it with one off the 600's.
I would be interested in your thoughts on this . Would it be a good idea or a waste of electricity.
:)
I have 2 2x4 ebb and flow tables, plenty of ventilation plants do well now but looking to do better.I look forward to your replys:tiphat:

It wouldn't hurt. I used 150s in a similar arrangement, and the development under them was interesting. A mix of both colours has long been established as a good thing.

The empty bay on the right had just been cropped!
The plants under the vertical bare 8100k metal halide were bigger rock solid stems.
you can see the MH and hps reflection.
its more like the horizontal hps was supplementing the metal halide.
I have in the past fitted a 7.2 k 100w metal halide in a horizontal reflector with a 600w hps the light mixed better = excellent plants again.A
