Interesting article here. Saw the Mayor on MSNBC this morning and he stated that he no longer wants people arrested for pot and possibly running their future with a criminal record. Instead, a summons which would likely be a fine as other low level offenses like J-walking. Also Mayor De Blasio stated that he anticipates legalization next year.
