Pest identification help

Just wondering if anyone can help me identify the little green insects I see on my leaves? Also is that insect likely to be responsible for the damage seen or could it be another critter?

It's an outdoor grow by the way.

Sorry I messed up the second picture link.

The insect on the leaf in the first picture is a leaf hopper. That's more than likely what is making the marks on your leaves.

They are hard to control.
