How to get the full size pictures on Icmag ?

Just wondering if anyone has the time to explain how to get the full size pictures appearing on Icmag and maybe a few other pointers to help the newbies and not so computer savvy peeps to get more benfit from their threads/post....helps the whole to

Go to a pic in your album. Scroll down and copy/paste the BB Code under photo into your post.
