PLANT COUNT PROSECUTION IN NEW YORK

If you live in new york, and mr police officer knocks on ur door and finds your plants, how many plants would it be per prosecution

i know many of you will tell me to go to norml.com but they dont have this information

i just want to know so i know how many i can have without getting in too much risk of trouble. thanks a lot

yeah i can see what you mean. they don't have plant counts, they have cultivation and manufacture broken down into grams.

i would call or write to the NY chapter of norml and ask for clarification. always good to know the law when you are breaking it lol
