it is interesting what you find when you grow
its trichomes were as clear as blue sky, way too clear to cut
it's a teeny weeny miniature of the prior plant
kind of like the top, missing it's lower 2 feet
but the look is the same
another crappy pic, but the last before the cut will be much better
but i'm thinking cut may be at 14 weeks

mostly i learned a lesson from the 1st run
way too edgy the earlier you cut it, for me anyway
remembering the rush all too clearly, really curious if it will show the yellow trichomes of the 1st plant

I totally agree tbe earlier the more racier... If she wants to go longer and your in no rush let her go.

a long grow, still hasn't been cut
checked out the trichomes midweek, way too clear
i don't use the trics as the sole guide to cutting, just a part
but when they're shiny clear, i've found it better to wait a little longer
and about the smell, it's really begun to reek for a small plant
so the small size isn't all bad, i make due with out carbon filters

better picture, well better than my others, best that can be done with old camera
the take - think that it's apparent it was small, looking at about 10 grams dried
ouch, such is the micro grow game
the prior grow of same seeds gave a plant that yielded close to 40 grams dried
which is why i couldn't bring myself to reveg, i dusted a side bud marked with the white twist tie
that will have to do for genetic preservation
and the smell, cutting this little plant stunk up my house, thing reeks
it's got skunk, pine tree, and something else going on

one more thing, the seed source was highgrade-seeds, just seeing they're a new advertizer on icmag
highgrade does have some good stuff

was from the same seed pack, so not a classic switch
but does feel that way i guess
still, mostly my mistake on the veg time, apparently much more indica pheno than my 1st
the bud that is there is packed rock hard, and grew through the most humid conditions i've ever had
no mold seen, that was actually impressive

this was the 2nd grow of nl#5 from highgrade-seeds, vendor here now so this is kind of ic patriotic

bud smell hard to describe, got some sour in there, some pine, some other, kind of complex
taste was good, good pine flavor, 1st grow had a similar taste but not as good

now to the main show, the feel
this was a straight up indica, quite calming, pleasant and good for end of day
sleep it does help
potency good, call it a 7
not really special but a good solid indica

the big take away was how it compares to the 1st grow and what i now think was an unusual pheno
that pheno i'd now call a potency of 10+, straight up rocket to mars kind of rush
pretty sure the effects of thai or whatever sativa was used in the breeding was dominant

on the whole it seems the breeding could have been done using NL genetics
that's the sense of it that i get

Found some killer F5 89 NL5. Complete fire, and exactly as remember it.6.5-8 weeks flowering time, and crusted with resin. From original 89 Sensi Seeds stock, at F5-F6.
