3rd grow, in my second box. Almost didn't post it...

Upgrading my previous all-in-one box, seen here, which was, until recently, working on the 3rd grow. It was just about 1.7 square feet.

1st grow was an accidental 2 plants, no nutes, soil, in 1.5 gallon sub irrigated containers.
44g buds.

2nd grow was 1 plant,* basic veg and flower nutes, ending in a 3 gallon sub irrigated container,* same 44g of buds.

This one is going to go along the lines of the 2nd, in that it will be 1 plant in one 3 gallon sub irrigated container,* but in a slightly smaller space. The new cab is 1.22 square feet.

I have 14" of vertical space, from the bottom of the bulbs to the top of the container, but can do 18" by raising the lights if need be, or maybe 20" by lowering the soil in the pot.

Gotta love short genetics...

I am still a newbie, and have 10% of an idea as to what I am doing. In the past week, all 3 power strips have fallen onto the plant, resulting in burnt limbs/flowering stems. Ugh...

I have now zip tied all 3 up, leaving a semi clean build. Well, for my cheap style.

81ish watts of mixed(5000k and 2700k) spectrum LED in 1.2222ish sq ft.

3 weeks into 12/12. Pic from 4 days ago.

Question.... I've never adjusted ph or cal-mag. Ever.

I got 44g from my last grow(see my 1st post). Ugly yellow and rusty fan leaves, so very little usable trim. Is that all I will get out of correcting those things? Better trim? Denser buds(I'd give the first grow a 2/10 for bud denseness, 2nd grow a 5/10,)?

Well, I have 81ish watts(approx 66 watts per square foot) in there now, and temps are topping out at 84f after switching to a decent exhaust fan (Noctua F12, and as an added bonus, the negative pressure is now keeping the smell contained). My first grow saw temps as high as 100f, and 2nd into the low 90's.

The stretch seems to be over, and I have about 6" between canopy and lights. I am also stripping some dead leaves, which is increasing airflow.

I am not sure what you mean I should use the clamps for.

just looking at your prev burned plants ;)

the power strip, screw it againt the roof with clips so it doesnt burn your house down when tyrips break, some power strips have sockets in the back for a screw

Ah, now I understand! I have all of the power strips zip tied to the roof now, so I don't think they're going anywhere anytime soon.

With the new fan, temps at canopy level are topping out at 81f.

I am at a point of confusion. I added Tiger Bloom, and Cal-mag (1st time ever for this, out of 3 grows) and ph'd the water to 6.7 (again, first time ever) on 6/8. These pics are from 6/12. I added watr again this day to the point of it actually coming out the SIP drain on the side.

This is today. The plant hasn't used ANY of the previous water.i prepped water again today, including cal mag and ph, and upon removing the plant from the box, was presented with this.

She seems to have stopped drinking, and I guess taking in nutes.

What do I do now??? Buds still seem to be developing, and great penetration from the lights, but... now what?

Just this guy, ya know?
Holy cow that almost looks like some extreme nutrient burn to me. I honestly don't know, I will have to look at more pictures to compare those ones too.

when you said more water than usual i thought uhoh then you said it didnt drink next day and i thought shit

whats the intake temp? it looks like its cold and wet
ps why 6.7?

ps2 if those tyrips break, you have a fire hazard, just connect it the right way, takes 2 minutes and its done

My low temp during lights out is 71f. I presume that my ambient temps at the intake are around there. It's early summer here, and this is in a closet off of a bedroom that runs warm-ish. The same place as the last 2 grows, but those were both in cooler months. This box is about 12" closer to the floor.

6.7 ph because I keep reading that this is in the "good" range.

All the strips are held up with 2 tyrips (which I am guessing is a zip tie), so fairly safe. But I will change them after this grow, because it makes sense.
