Fan leaves safe as a salad green?

Never thought of that, I'm going to try that now
Steam only long enough that the leaves become floppy, literally a couple seconds. You need them to keep their bright green color of it will taste line Brussel sprouts!

I've used cannabis leaves in a salad right alongside of dandelion leaves. Just make sure they are free of pesticides and give 'em a little rinse before you consume them. I like them with raspberry vinaigrette. Tasty!

Yes you need to use younger juicier ones!
