What Do YOU do to stay Healthy..?

I lift weights 2-3 times a week. If you go heavy/intense that's more than enough to get bodybuilder big - assuming that's what you want!

I also walk hills daily, I find it's good for my mood and I"m less squirrely.

Walk for hours,stacking,countebalancing rocks on the beach stoned out of my head

running almost daily and going for boxing classes 3-4 times a week I avoid eating bread and try to eat lots of veggies and fish
