Help. Brown spots on leafs.

check the drainwater ec & ph.. did you check it before you put plants in that coco ?

It's tap water always adjust to be between 5.5 -6.
read once more what i wrote drainwater-- comes out from the pot after watering ....

Water from saucer is 6.2 pH but I don't have a EC meter.
coco causes this issue if it was untreated to fit the needs of a young plant. plus tapwater is not the best choice to use too... try to flush that medium with rainwater or r.o water with 0.3 mS ec and get an ec meter

I've also noticed little fly. Is that can be issue Fungus Gnat?
yes, some "bio" coco and mixes can be infected.... they should disinfect it or pasteurise it, but if they would do that it would kill the beneficial stuffs too.. it can be a trap

Problem solved. All problems I had were because... Poor ventilation systems and fans, after 2 weeks they are amazing now.
